Easter Bunny employs physical distancing in Kitchener visit
KITCHEN – Even a pandemic can’t stop the Easter Bunny from making the rounds.
The main bunny was spotted walking the sidewalks of a Kitchener neighborhood on Saturday afternoon, where careful precautions were taken to maintain physical distancing. The visit conjured up smiles on many faces, young and old, who were safely watching from verandas, doors and windows.
Earlier this week, Ontario Prime Minister Doug Ford stated that the Easter Bunny was an “essential service provider” as it was given the green light to distribute Easter chocolate and goodies.
The special visit on Saturday was arranged by the Westmount Neighborhood Association.
