Kitchener man, woman arrested in connection with dozens of break-ins

Waterloo Regional Police say they have arrested two people in connection with dozen of break-ins across the area in the past few months.

According to police, 25 stores were broken into in August and September.

The thieves usually broke into the store before going through the till.

Police say a 42-year-old Kitchener man and a 20-year-old Kitchener woman are charged in connection with the break-ins.

They are continuing to investigate and expect more charges to be brought in the future.
