Teacher arrested after kids allegedly taped with masking tape at Kitchener school

Waterloo Regional Police say a woman was charged with assault in connection with an incident that occurred at a school in Kitchener last month.

On October 22nd, police reported that Family and Children Services reported that a teacher was taping two students in a classroom at the Alpine Public School.

They didn’t say what the kids were glued to.

Officials of the youth protection unit have started an investigation together with the family and children service.

As a result of the investigation, a 52-year-old Waterloo woman was arrested and charged with assault.

She is due to appear in a Kitchener courtroom on December 8th.
